Membership Update

All San Jose Elks #522 members should have received your Elks renewal notice recently in the mail. Please help our Lodge by paying your dues. Lodge leadership inquired with the Grand Lodge if there could be a reduction in member dues because of the upcoming temporary Lodge closure; but as the Elks organization and our Lodge have ongoing financial obligations and operating expenses regardless of the closure, this was not possible.  Please only pay the required amount per GL Statutes and Lodge Bylaws ($301.50) and then any donation amounts.  Please do not pay for the gym, pool access family pass, or the pool access guest pass as our facility will not be open.  Paying your dues provides you with an active Elks membership which you can use to attend meetings, vote, have meals, and participate in events, etc. at our Lodge.  Additionally, many other Elks lodges allow active members from other Lodges to participate in their activities or use their facilities.  If you would like to pay your dues with a credit card, please call the Lodge between 10am to 4pm on Tuesday or Thursday. You can also call the lodge at 498-297-3880.
